Yates 31 Pool Decorator Fabric by Vision Fabrics is a beautiful strie chenille contract-rated fabric with over 350,000 double rubs, that does not look like contract fabric.  It has an applied Endurapel finish that makes this fabric soil and stain-repellent yet has a refined texture that is soft to the touch. With a light acrylic kiss coat backing, Yates fabric is perfect for all your upholstery needs, as well as any drapery project. It can also be used for creating home accents, such as pillows or tablecloths.  This water clean-up fabric will last you a lifetime.
