General:

Your fabric prices are so much lower than other websites. How is that possible?
We work directly with manufacturers to buy a more significant amount of fabric so we can provide you with the best possible prices. In fact, if you see the same fabric on another website for less per yard than our price, please let us know and we will price match.

Do I have to have an account to place an order? You don’t have to create an account to make an order but we encourage you to do so as you may want to be able to review past orders, easily order fabric for your next project, and of course, stay in touch with us so you can be the first to learn about our new shipments and great deals.

What happens if I didn’t order enough fabric?
You can certainly order more if the fabric is still in stock but be aware that the new fabric may not be from the same dye lot. If the fabric isn't listed on the website, don't despair-there is a really good chance that our fabric finding expect Debby will be able to find more for you. In either case, email us at contact@savvyswatch.com or call us at 757-253-0216 so we can help.

Will my fabric come in one continuous piece?
When you order more than one yard of a specific fabric it is cut in a continuous piece up to the maximum amount available. In some instances, we may need to cut more than one piece.  We do make every effort to notify a customer for approval when this is the case.

What’s the minimum fabric cut?
Our minimum fabric cut is 1 yard and as a matter of fact, we only cut in one-yard increments.  For example, if you need 1 3/4 yards, please order 2 yards.

Can I cancel an order?                                                                                       Yes, we are happy to cancel any order upon notification.  However, if an order has been cut and packed, we are unable to offer a refund. 

 

Samples:

Can I get a sample of a fabric? 
Yes, you can order samples and we encourage you to do so!  This is the best possible way to ensure you receive the fabric you are wanting, as colors are sometimes deceiving and portrayed differently on a computer screen.  To order samples, go to the specific fabric page and choose “Yes” from the sample drop-down menu and add it to your cart. Samples are $2.00 each and that includes shipping. 

We try to have all samples in the mail within 24 hours of placing the order. Our sample size varies depending on the fabric pattern and color. We do our best to include all the important features of the fabric; however, for larger patterns and for more precise decision-making we encourage you to order a yard of the desired fabric. 

Shipping:

Free Shipping Over $99:

Free standard shipping on Orders of $99 or more to the contiguous United States.

$4.95 Flat Rate Shipping:

Orders less than $99 and greater the $40.00 qualify for $4.95 flat rate standard shipping to the contiguous United States. 

$6.95 Flat Rate Shipping:

Orders less than $40.00 ship for a flat rate of $6.95 in the contiguous United States.

Savvy Swatch is not responsible for lost or stolen products marked as delivered by the Post Office. If USPS confirms delivery to the correct address, we cannot provide a replacement or refund for your order.   If you prefer a different method of shipping at your own expense, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service department at contact@savvyswatch.com.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly during the checkout process. Savvy Swatch will not replace or refund lost orders correctly delivered to the provided shipping address.

How long does it take for the order to arrive?
We make every attempt to get orders shipped the very next day. Actual transition time depends on the time of the year and distance from our store in Williamsburg, Virginia. It's safe to plan for 5-7 business days.  However, with the current climate of COVID, shipping delays may occur.  We make every effort to contact you regarding any problem that may arise with inventory.  Please note some products will ship upon availability.

Will all of my order arrive in the same package?
There is a chance that your order will arrive in separate packages depending on the number of fabrics and amount of yards you order.  Rest assured that our shipping department takes extra care when packaging your fabric to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.  You can place your order online or call us at (757) 253-0216 Monday thru Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm ET, to place your order via telephone.  If you would like to pay by check, please call the store directly to make arrangements.

Is your site secure?
Yes, our site is protected by the latest in e-commerce security.

Returns:

All sales are final.
