Savvy Swatch is not responsible for lost or stolen products marked as delivered by the Post Office. If USPS confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund for your order.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly during the checkout process. Savvy Swatch will not replace or refund lost orders correctly delivered to the provided shipping address.
In an effort to keep our prices low and shipping fees the same, we ship priority mail via USPS unless otherwise requested. In the unfortunate event your order is marked lost in transit by the USPS, Savvy Swatch will be happy to refund or reship the order at that time.
