Free Shipping Over $99:

Savvy Swatch offers free standard shipping on Orders of $99 or more to the contiguous United States.

Flat Rate Shipping:

Orders over $40.00 and less than $99 qualify for $4.95 flat rate standard shipping to the contiguous United States. Orders under $40.00 ship for a flat rate of $6.95.

Savvy Swatch is not responsible for lost or stolen products marked as delivered by the Post Office. If USPS confirms delivery to the correct address, we cannot provide a replacement or refund for your order.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly during the checkout process. Savvy Swatch will not replace or refund lost orders correctly delivered to the provided shipping address.

In an effort to keep our prices low and shipping fees the same, we ship priority mail via USPS unless otherwise requested.  In the unfortunate event your order is marked lost in transit by the USPS, Savvy Swatch will be happy to refund or reship the order at that time.

Samples:

One swatch order ships free.  If you have multiple swatch orders and want free shipping you must enter each order individually.  These ship regular First Class USPS without tracking.  You must notify us within 2 weeks if you have not received your samples.  We will be happy to cut and resend samples to you, but no refunds will be issued for sample orders.
